Homeowner Information
The following is a break down of services
provided for property management by Real Estate Headquarters, LLC.
Since we are a full service management company
we will provide all of the following services for one monthly rate.

24 hour maintenance
4)
Personal showings – we don’t give out keys
unless absolutely necessary

Full applicant screening; credit report,
current/former landlord verification, current employment
verification

Home inspection prior to move in and 30 days
after move in
7)
Rent collection 1st to 5th
of the month
8)
Payment to owners 7th to 11th
of the month for the current month; will make payment by mail or
local bank deposit
9)
Monthly statements if requested by owner
10)
Move out inspections and preparations for a
new tenant move in
11)
Filing evictions including court appearance,
financial arrangements/collections, and home inspections
12)
1099 statements yearly for tax purposes
13)
Lease purchase programs available at owners
request
14)
Inspections at the time of lease renewals
15)
Referral network with other rental companies
and relocation companies
If your property is vacant and you do not
collect, we do not collect either.
If we handle more than one of your properties there is a
discounted monthly rate. Since
we are a licensed real estate company there are some things that we
cannot discriminate against such as race, color, religion, handicap,
familial status, and age.
We can discriminate against credit.
We are flexible about using a maintenance
person that you request and/or a warranty company.
If you would like to do your own repairs we do not have any
objections. We also involve you in the screening of an applicant
before we approve a move in into your home.
